Website redesign to help the Stockport County Supporters’ Co-operative grow their membership.
The Stockport County Supporters’ Co-operative approached me to design and build a new website to help them grow their membership and strengthen their credibility.
The Co-operative’s old website was built using Wix, and the board found it difficult to maintain a consistent design across pages. Having complete control over styling can lead to inconsistencies, making a site feel disjointed and hard to manage.
Working within the existing brand, I delivered a clean, modern website with clear calls to action and an improved content structure. The website features a dedicated section to honour club legend Danny Bergara, and the animated Uruguay flag in the footer is my own personal tribute to the great man.
Built with WordPress and Advanced Custom Fields, the Co-operative now has control over the layout and content of their site. They can easily create pages and news items with predefined content blocks while keeping the design consistent.
