What’s included in a support plan?

On a monthly website support plan you’ll get:

Full website backups that are stored for a period of 12 months on two encrypted hard drives and my computer
Updates to core WordPress software and Plugins
Help to resolve technical issues with your hosting in the event of your website going offline
A block of priority time to help with regular improvements to your website

How do I set up a website support plan?

You can set up a website support plan with a simple standing order.

What kind of website is a support plan suitable for?

Support plans are mainly for WordPress websites but if your website is built with a different content management system I might still be able to help. Get in touch and let’s have a chat.

Am I tied into a contract on a support plan?

No, you’re free to cancel your support plan at anytime. I just ask that you give me one month’s notice.

Do you only work with businesses in Stockport?

Not at all. I’m based in Stockport and work with small businesses in Marple, Hazel Grove, Cheadle, Bramhall, Wilmslow, Poynton, Macclesfield and Glossop. However I also work remotely with a number of clients based all over the UK.
