Before the project starts we’ll talk about your goals, audience and content requirements to make sure the finished website helps you attract the right customers and actually supports your business.
The web design and development process involves me creating a custom WordPress theme, building responsive layouts so that your website works on modern devices and browsers, helping you create or format your website content, making sure any contact forms work properly, basic search engine optimisation (SEO), website security and performance optimisation.
When your website goes live you’ll receive training on how to update it, along with ongoing support if you need it.
Yes, I offer website support plans so you can concentrate on running your business and not your website. Support plans include core software updates, full site backups and a block of priority time every month to make improvements.
On a monthly website support plan you’ll get:
- Full website backups that are stored for a period of 12 months on two encrypted hard drives and my computer
- Updates to core WordPress software and Plugins
- Help to resolve technical issues with your hosting in the event of your website going offline
- A block of priority time to help with regular improvements to your website
